The entire Infanticide industry is predicated on profit. Nothing else. If it was about women's unwanted pregnancy they'd focus on birth control. Instead they ficus on a pricy surgical procedure that nets them thousands in profit per Infanticide.

Listen: Both the Pro Life and the Biological experts agree that life begins at conception, so what we must look at here is: Is a Fetus Actually a Legal Person?

Well, the 14th Amendment says, "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States." In this case, the word "Born" implies that the baby is already born. I may be wrong But I am using "Citizens" in a broad sense

But if we look back to the biological definition of a living organism, the organism has to 1. Reproduce (although this is moot due to it actually happening at puberty), 2. use and obtain energy independently, and 3. process information. A fetus can't obtain energy independently, nor process information until viability.

Under my philosophy, A fetus is only a developing potential life that is in the grey area of personhood; the more its developed, the clearer it becomes. And when it becomes viable to pain sensation, it is fully a person and must be finished (unless that is, the mother is having an emergency). Even though it is a person at that point, the mother has priority over the fetus in terms of rights, as per a long-standing generic international standard that must be upheld. Therefore, a fetus is a person at Viability and sentience and must not be aborted unless the mother (whose rights trump the fetus') is suffering an emergency that requires the abortion.

This is just my interpretation of the definitions, but I would Love To hear Your Definitions in Detail.

No we don't need to do that. Human rights begin when the human being does a conception.

You do know that there are genetic disorders that cause people to have the inability to feel pain right? Pain, heartbeat, brain activity do not give us value being a human being does and that starts at conception. The mother & Baby have equal rights. No one has the right to Murder another innocent human being. There is no emergency that requires this. This myth is only the excuse of those who wish to kill the baby at anytime on a whim.

Those are not good reasons to kill anyone. Why are you talking about harming the child conceived in Rape while not even considering the only one deserving of capital punishment is the rapist? There is no circumstance that requires you to end the life of your child. child sacrifice is evil and you know that.

By circumstance I meant before abortion, they could be able to support the child after birth, although things may happen, and then that means they can't support them after birth.and as for rape, they don't want the child.why would they want to support a child they literally got forces into having?People have free will.

Would you use that same argument to kill a born child? let's say a family with two older kids has a baby and then circumstance happens. The older children are much more expensive than the newborn. You don't have to kill the child you can give them up for adoption. that's what you're allowed to use your free will for not to murder them.
