Austin Metcalf’s mother had this to say about the Karmelo Anthony sentencing:

“You may have been given a sentence of 35 years, you should feel lucky.. I’ve been sentenced to a lifetime without my son.”

What's so strange is that someone, someone in the prime of his life, with a future, who was just becoming an adult, was brutally murdered for no reason.

And these types sideline that in order to make some quicky cheap fake points like that's some sort of a score in a game.

In some states a life sentence means they can get out in as little as seven years.

But why is that? Just law?
