Hollywood tries the same tactic frequently. When they advertised "The Simpsons Movie" (2007), one of the advertising taglines was "See our family. Feel better about yours."

The results are mixed, but it likely depends on, among other things, the outlook of the "sufferer" and the issue they have.👍

Posted meme is funny to those of us in good health. It was directed at a person who doesn't have much of a problem to deal with so the doctor gave him a quick lesson for comparison.

But some people suffer from chronic pain and my heart always goes out to them. Good health is one of the very greatest gifts one can be given and it is unfortunate that we all can't enjoy it.

There are certainly those that suffer greatly and, sadly, many Drs are unable or unwilling due to regulations or preferences, to give them strong enough medicine to ease their suffering. For myself, I find laughter to be the very best medicine, but not everyone can do that.
