The top 5 US high schools by test scores: BASIS Tucson North, Signature School, Central Magnet School, The Davidson Academy, and Thomas Jefferson High School. These are schools that see up to 100% grad rates, top test scores, and high college preparation scores.

And then you have John Marshall in Richmond Virginia that ranks #13,883 in test scores, yet ALSO has a 100% grad rate?!? However, the high school that ranked #13,882 (higher than JM) has an 86% grad rate? Are blue states changing the definition of "graduation" like everything else???
