Isn't he the person who said the God of Hebrews/Jews/Christians is non-binary?

Yes. It's a misunderstanding of the Bible. See God created man in his image and then pulled out the center of Adam and created eve from that. So the idea is God encapsulates both masculine and feminine.
The issue is God the father is masculine and the holy spirit is feminine. When people say God they generally mean God the father.

Holy Spirit is feminine. . .wha'?

Yeah God created Adam in His Own Image, however Eve was created to compliment Adam in terms of marriage, togetherness, compatibility(physically/spiritually) so Adam would not be alone. Their relationship before the Fall was one of goodness and perfection.

We talk about the Law about not eating from that one Tree. However there are three Laws that were in place-

1) Don't eat from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil.
2) Life can only reproduce among it's own kind.
3) It is NOT good for Man to be alone.

And God took care of that third matter real fast like.

Feels like people saying that stuff are trying to justify their hatred of the Bible concerning what they think is the Bible placing women on a 'lower level' like Muslims do against women. The truth is that there are plenty of women who God raised up and greatly blessed(Leah, Rahab, Deborah just to name three of the top of the my head).

You gotta read the Bible to understand about the holy spirit. Don't eat from the tree was a command from God nota law.
Life can only reproduce from its own kind is a law.
It is not good for man to be alone is an observation from God not a law.
Women aren't on a lower level but they are commanded to obey their husbands as the church obeys Jesus. Just like you obey your boss at work or the police when you get stopped for a ticket, or the laws that keep you from crossing the street when cars are driving past.
Different roles but equally important.

Just for reference;
some interpreters point to indirect linguistic and thematic indications of feminine aspects, primarily from the Old Testament Hebrew word "ruach" (spirit/wind/breath), which is grammatically feminine. This leads to associations with feminine personification (e.g., Wisdom in Proverbs) or nurturing roles. These are not straightforward doctrinal statements but points of linguistic and symbolic discussion in early Jewish/Christian traditions.
Here are the most commonly cited KJV verses in such discussions:
1. Genesis 1:2 (Hebrew "ruach" feminine)
"And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters." (Genesis 1:2 KJV)

The Hebrew verb for "moved" (or "hovered") agrees with the feminine gender of "ruach." Some translate it poetically as "she hovered." This is the primary linguistic basis for feminine associations in the OT.
2. Proverbs 8 – Wisdom Personified as Feminine (Often Linked to the Holy Spirit)
Wisdom (Hebrew "chokmah," feminine) is personified as a woman calling out, present at creation, and associated by some with the Spirit's role in guidance, truth, and creation. Key excerpts:
"Doth not wisdom cry? and understanding put forth her voice? She standeth in the top of high places, by the way in the places of the paths. She crieth at the gates..." (Proverbs 8:1-3 KJV)
"I wisdom dwell with prudence, and find out knowledge of witty inventions... By me kings reign, and princes decree justice... I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me." (Proverbs 8:12, 15, 17 KJV)
"The LORD possessed me in the beginning of his way, before his works of old. I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, or ever the earth was... Then I was by him, as one brought up with him: and I was daily his delight, rejoicing always before him..." (Proverbs 8:22-23, 30 KJV)
Many connect this to the Spirit's creative and instructional work (e.g., Isaiah 11:2 on the Spirit of wisdom).
Additional OT Spirit references (e.g., Isaiah 63:10-11, where the "holy Spirit" is grieved; or places where the Spirit "comes upon" people in empowering ways) use feminine grammar in Hebrew but not in English KJV.

No politician is a saint, but I'd rather have one who isn't a criminal and a corrupt person who cheats on their spouse
