I'm not as strict on fatness in women as some (people I've only heard about) as long as she has large bewbs. Took me years to realize that reality.
But I understand the biological reasons for the focus overall, cos it's been scientifically known since forever that at some stage it does effect the health of a coming child, and men still want children way more than modern women.
I don't at all, but I'm an outlier and thank the flying spaghetti monster for that.
My female friends' first words when they've had their baby, are "he weighs this and this" prob to show that it's a healthy baby. It hits hard on some women to realize that their body has nurtured a disfigured child. She feels that her body must be toxic to life, and it becomes very personal - same with miscarriages. Anyway....

I hold doors

I'm Danish and even 45 yo, and we're all expected to hold the doors for all people - Danish culture. But the meme has both literal and symbolic properties. We're also less fat anyway. But I market to the U.S cos try tiny f**king Denmark - no audience. That has made me kinda obsessed with the U.S.
The symbolic one would be that a guy has to realize his standards and not feel the natural way like "wow she likes me, I'm privileged" cos obviously men are less desired than women from appearance already, and instinct says "gotta take it when it finally appears" no matter the circumstance, being it at church or an anarchist datingsite.
Something has to be specific to you, and if she fails at understanding that, you're not supposed to live with that the rest of your life in silence or desperation
