He supported healthcare funding for the people, a livable wage for the working man, labor unions, high taxes on the rich and he condemned senator Joseph McCarthy for the horrible man he was. Sounds like Eisenhower has more in common with the left than any Trump supporter and you would definitely hate him and call him a commie for not being a far-right asshole whole arrogantly insults people like your favorite politician.

I was a registered Democrat for 30 years. I was also Liberal. Liberals in my day distrusted Big Government and believed in Free Speech as holy. Today's "liberals" are not liberal at all. With their worship of the State and they're obsession with stripping the common man of his rights is FASCISM not Liberalism.
