What Jesus says in the Christian bible is, “Judge not, that you be not judged. For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged. And with the measure you use, it will be measured again for you.
“And why do you see the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but do not consider the plank that is in your own eye? Or how will you say to your brother, ‘Let me pull the speck out of your eye,’ when a log is in your own eye?" (Matthew 7:1-4)
. . . and, yes, there are some verses in Leviticus, and in some of the books that claim to be letters from the apostles, that condemn homosexuality. The question is, do you want to live your life by the social rules that they all agreed on in ancient Judaea? Those included slavery, child marriage, polygamy . . . and on a lighter note, no bacon or shellfish.
Don't confuse the social and historical context of the scriptures for their spiritual message. "The letter kills, but the Spirit gives life" (2 Corinthians 3:6), and the spirit of Christianity is meant to be one of love.
