Did the ICE agent get knocked to the ground? Did the car roll over him? None of those things. The ICE agent just got in the way. Someone getting in the way of another person is not the same as someone intentionally ramming you.

Yes the ICE agent didn’t get killed. That’s why it’s called attempted murder. She disobeyed orders and died because of it.

The car was used in the commission of a felony. It struck an officer in the line of duty... All your posturing doesn't change that.

No. Before that, an ICE agent told her to leave the scene. Conflicting orders, so she was obviously confused. If you were there, what would you have done? Authority is firmly telling you to leave instantly while they want you out of the car instantly too. What's what?

She was originally told to lease but refused to do so. Since she disobeyed that order she was told to get out of the car, another order she refused to comply with.
