So he's asking his nephew to lie on his behalf just to keep anyone from messing with his aunt? A more honest solution would for the aunt to take self-defense classes or strength training. If you look imposing enough, you can scare troublemakers away with just a glance.

I think this was more a tongue in cheek meme. The man doesn't want to think of his wife with any other man. If he dies, & guys think she has aids, they will definitely stay away. It is more of a dark humor situation, X. 😆

The dark humor is clear and tongue in cheek describes it perfectly. Sadly, the AIDS crisis in Africa which leaves so many young children to be raised by their grandparents, in an orphanage, or on the streets leads me to believe that spreading this particular false tale will not necessarily accomplish his desire.

You make a good point. There are those who will not heed warnings, no matter how severe the cost (mainly young/dumb/bulletproof, I would think.) But those who value their health and future would steer clear.

I posted this in relationships-humor as I thought it was quite funny, plus also cuz I thought it showed how men don't really like to think of their wives or girlfriends with others. Of course, women are generally of the same mind set on that as well!

Indeed. I understand the sentiment. I wouldn't have wished my wife to be lonely nor would I want her taken advantage of once I was gone. There are far too many only capable of using others.
