$222 Billion? How does that even make sense to you? Like how?

I mean, I know you didn't do a simple google search like "California State Budget" and find that it's roughly $328 Billion with $248 billion going to the General Fund or that you know what a General Fund is in State budgets.

So, how does the number you posted make sense to you?
