They're made from the same parts, only some have a greater tendency to develop bigger boobs to go with their uteruses and some have a greater tendency to develop bigger clitorises.

The phrase "the opposite sex" is a pretty common expression used to indicate the other one of two sexes. I'm saying that sexism, which is the belief in the inherent superiority or inferiority of whatever the opposite sex is of the belief-holder is more likely to be found expressed in the memes in politicstoo than in politics stream which has a much more egalitarian approach the sex-differences.
