There are trans people who aren't disgusted by the biological importance of sexual organs - they are the basis of our existence after all, and sex is so important that people are willing to risk hell for it and boink the most dubious of people.
People are allowed to be asexual or pan while accepting that they are just different - I know several of those. If other people treat their sexuality or lack of it with accept, they'll be fine with no hatred towards the general animal standard. That's what the entire LGB is based upon. Then you just see idiots and not a badly design society.
Sadly transitioning leaves many with badly functioning sexual organs (if functioning at all), but that's what the decision entails, even though many aren't informed about that high risk. Also why surgeons are sued a lot atm.
Bitterness can be helped by leaving the ideas of a "perfectly ideal world or order" with a biologically based accept of humans overall and two very diverse genders. Doesn't mean you have to be sold on every biological claim people fire at you. Many of them describe an average and not all of humans anyway.
Animals have survived despite those who have the reproductive design but still don't produce their own kids, and it's fine.
