No one is denying all 34 misdemeanors were committed. We are denying that they are felonies because there was no evidence that they were felonies. It was obviously a partisan tactic to pin him with charges that would put him in prison as a means to keep him from running and winning again.

"Felonies" that upgraded from misdemeanors by the justification of "in furtherance of another crime" while they never stated what that "another crime" was.

Face it, the Traitorcrats cooked up the case in a corrupt attempt to stop Trump from returning to the Presidency.
