I understand that for a while they were going to financially penalize anyone leaving so that fewer people could afford to pull up stakes and vacate Commifornia.

I used to live in California. It's even easier to fraudulently vote that than. In CA, it's against election law to ask the voter for any I.D. At the local polling location, you only provide the election worker an address, any address that's in that voting district and they hand you a ballot. This is how you get dozens of voter ballots all at the same address.

Yhh uh o but the mail live ballots to everyone on the voter rolls is a travesty. Especially since they never clean the bottles and are fighting lawsuit demanding they follow their own election laws to clean the rolls periodically.
