Yes but like Karen Bass, other Democrats/Progressives are making mistakes and getting caught. Like our mayor, Caroline Torosis, who also holds a position with one of the county supervisors, tried to put housing for the severely mentally ill on Ocean Avenue, in the higher end of the town.

But what was the funniest thing of all of it is that, at a City Council meeting she denied it. Before it came out that she had been working on it for months from her job with the supervisor. When she was accused of it when a resident made a public comment.
