Hear me out... Imagine if you start off by learning some things in your professional field just for fun, before actually having to study them... For me, school/university pretty much killed all of my desire to learn...

Yeah, and quite frankly I think it's built to kill your creativity and desire to learn... They don't want to make good thinkers, just good workers

This is why most ultra successful people in a field say they learned stuff on their own as well

The thing about school is that the format of work ruins the appeal of learning. Children are Naturally Curious and explore everything, but once we get to school, we lose freedom and are told what to learn. There is no curiosity. There is no excitement.

I am autodidactic. I constantly look for and seek out things to learn. And I enjoy learning. School simply makes learning work. By giving you work.
