I am reminded that when California recently enacted a 'one time only' extra tax on billionaire residents -- and when has ANY Dem government kept to a 'one time only' promise -- their billionaires promptly pulled up stakes and announced that they are no longer residing in that state nor doing any business there. It's estimated that this amounts to one trillion dollars in permanent lost taxable income and a permanent fiscal hit to the general economy for California.
