And then you have this....Minnesota law allows individuals with a valid permit to carry a firearm to bring it to a protest. While there are specific locations where firearms are prohibited, such as schools or certain government buildings, there is no state statute that specifically bans a lawful permit holder from carrying at a demonstration or protest held on public property.
