She should take it all the way to the supreme court if needed to have the second charge dropped, and ask why the double standards in her case.

They'd be forced to either agree she did harm an unborn child meaning thats exactly what abortion does every time it's used, or drop the charge in order to cow tow to the abortion industry, which would have the secondary effect of negating anyone serving time for having harmed an unborn child in commission of their crimes.

I really dont see how they can have it both ways on the issue.

A girl was going in to have the procedure, her mom had egged her on and going in she was all bubbly and happy, just a procedure, she has her whole life ahead of her doesn't want to be burdened right now, but coming out she was in tears because the reality of it was setting in.

I feel bad for what your mom experienced, guilt is a heavy burden to carry but it also a teacher, I'm sure she wouldn't have done it again and I do believe Jesus forgives us of everything. He knows that as humans we dont know what warm is until we've felt cold, we dont know what right is until we've done wrong, the guilt is our reminder not to touch the stove again because it's hot and will burn us.

I see Jesus as our defense attorney when being judged by someone who sees the stealing of a loaf of bread the same as murder. Jesus is the one who will say "your honor, in my clients defense I'd like to tell you a little about hunger, and what it will make a person do".
