18 U.S. Code s/s 248:
(2)by force or threat of force or by physical obstruction, intentionally injures, intimidates or interferes with or attempts to injure, intimidate or interfere with any person lawfully exercising or seeking to exercise the First Amendment right of religious freedom at a place of religious worship.

Lemon was assaulted by the priest, remember him saying "don't touch me"? He'll be using that as a defense if he gets charged I'm sure.

Pastor - "Your honor, I was merely trying to get the demon inside Don under control. Sometimes that requires the person casting out the demon to touch the possessed person. See, even now the demon is acting up because Don Lemon's head is spinning like a top."

I'm sure that'll go over well in court

"Your honor, I had to assault that person because it's part of my conservative Christian beliefs!"
