Technically only one video needs to show that she struck him with her accelerating vehicle, but in fact several of them do show just that.

Technically, yes. But he put himself in that position. Her wheels were turned away from him, not toward him. And he continued to fire into her brain after the vehicle had already passed him. Murder.

She was in the process of being arrested. He was supposed to put himself in danger. It comes with wearing the badge. The Political Left isn't good with this stuff, are they?

So it's true that the NEW political narrative of the Left's collective amounts to, "She smiled at him before gunning the vehicle to strike him in an attempt to murder him; and so he shouldn't have shot her for that. She SMILED!"
