Nope. The video from the perspective of the pig doesn't show her turning the tires right and turning away from them; the bystander video from behind DOES show that. The second video (NY Times) of your link shows that with someone even narrating that point.

But even the NYT narrator admits (at 2:45) that one of the bystander’s videos does show the vehicle hitting “the pig”. You can’t rhetorically spin your way out of that fact.

Interfering with police operations + refusing to step out of you vehicle when ordered to do so + hitting an officer with your car while attempting to flee = bad outcome.

And the NYT narrator at 2:45 said it "LOOKED" like he (his arm) was being hit from that angle, but then he showed a clearer and closer angle (2:50) that proved that wasn't the case.
