Fraud is what happens when a government allows politicians to make laws and businesses such as non profit are tax exempt and immune from checks and balances and yearly audits, and the where fact that we have a government that believes corporations and business, have the same constitutional rights as its own citizens, yet they audit and collect taxes on its citizens and set unjust tax brackets on its own citizens compared to corporate America, no reason why fraud is so armpit when there is no oversight and a green light to speed ahead.
