Obama and Biden get the same immunity the Supreme Court gave to Trump. The Supreme Court granted President Trump broad presidential immunity, ruling that presidents have absolute immunity for "core" official acts within their constitutional authority.
Biden was not charged for illegally taking classified documents when he was vice president and storing them unsecured in boxes in his garage. Biden even discussed and shared those documents with an unclassified person - his ghost author for his memoir book. The ghost author even erased tapes of their conversations. That would be destroying evidence, i.e. obstruction of justice. The author was not charged with any crime either.
Explain to me the difference of Trump having a SWAT team raid Mar-a-Lago and him being charged with taking documents that he was lawfully allowed to take as president.
