That CIVIL COURT was because the criminal court system shot her down and the 'judgement' of the CIVIL COURT was not legally binding except for the fine approved by a Dem Party stacked jury overseen by a leftist activist judge and the 'fine' awarded to a known serial liar and crazy person and ALL of it done as an example of leftist generated political lawfare against someone they both politically and ideologically hated and desperately sought to keep from returning to the presidency.
