I give you the keys to a brand new ferrari. Its worth $400,000 and in 2 weeks from now the deeds are handed over to you. You can do whatever you want with it after that.
HOWEVER the deal is that you have to park it somewhere on a street and then leave for 2 weeks -- whatever is still there when you come back is yours.

I give you 10 designated places to park it and let you choose which one you want.
You know full well where I'm going with this. I don't even need to ask which places you will and won't park it and why.

The point here is that this kind of privileged-to-the-point-of-moronic liberalistic ideology begins and ends in your own head and has absolutely no basis in reality.

Its like saying 'there are no bad neighbourhoods because you can find criminals in every part of the country'...yeah well find a house in Malibu and a house in downtown Detroit and then flip a coin on which one you'll be moving to then..

I’m sorry, Sherlock, but your response is entirely privileged. I work with the impoverished every day. I have them in my office and I attend church with them, go to ball games and to concerts with them. I’ve spent time in Bangladesh, India and Pakistan, and had planned to spend my entire life in those nations, but ended up working with the inner-city poor in America instead. There is not one iota of difference in their character and in that of you and your middle-class compadres except that they are usually more appreciative of relationships, and of the small blessings they are able to procure.

I was raised middle-class, with two parents who were professionals. I’d much rather hang out with people from the global south who know what suffering entails, what hard work consists of, what it is to center your life around community and family rather than material goods and big paychecks. There are no inferior nations—just inferior, arrogant individuals who want to look down their noses at people who are not “from” here, thinking that somehow the soil you were born on makes you a superior individual. Yours is the textbook definition of privilege.

He HAS to avoid it because if he acknowledges that his car will be mostly safe in one part of town but will almost certainly get stolen in another then one area is objectively worse. If (when) that logic then averages out in more and more parts of life it becomes a justifiably named s***-hole area.. extrapolate to larger and larger spaces and ta-da!..

Yeah, Sherlock, I look at your emphases on Ferraris and this certainly illuminates your heart. "My expensive car, my safety... must defend my privileged possessions!" When you take a hard look in the mirror, it reveals your contempt for humanity. What God demands you to do is to look into your soul and recognize that "I am the toxic element of humanity. I am the problem here, who views other human as debris. I am the king of my own SH--hole country."

Again, you go out of your way to desperately avoid answering the scenario because you absolutely know what your choice would be.
Doesn't have to be a ferrari. It could be your daughter, your wallet, you having to walk around the streets all night... but you know that. and you also know that your answer would be the same as mine.

'Rapists exist everywhere'
'Would you rather your daughter get lost in the suburbs or the rape capital of the world?'
'How dare you be so privileged to talk about a daughter when some people can't conceive!'

If you're going to continue this absolutely transparent charade then you may as well not respond because its just basically a stage play at this point..

Hey Pal, this is my meme, my topic. It's a simple theological statement, and you are apparently unfamiliar with basic Christian doctrine. You lack the ability to grasp the concept I am introducing. I don't have to play any silly game you wish to dream up. If you want to discuss MY meme, you have to discuss the content of it. You possess the typical MAGA attitude that you are privileged to break all the established rules & everybody needs to respond to your outrages, just like Trump.

You should ask yourself why you are so passionate about jumping onto my meme multiple times, arguing a peripheral topic with a stranger, and not addressing the theme. Why are you so insistent on spreading malice towards fellow world citizens? People tried to play similar games with Jesus in his day. In Matthew 11, he responded “To what can I compare this generation? It is like children playing a game in the public square. They complain to their friends,

17 ‘We played wedding songs,
and you didn’t dance,
so we played funeral songs,
and you didn’t mourn.’

The central message here is "Don't act like an ass." Your relentless response is, "Yes, I AM going to act like one, and I'm going to flaunt it." If your conscience is bothering you, seek out some Christ-following people and discuss this with them. But don't come to my meme to try to justify your contempt toward citizens of the global south. It won't fly here.
