A civil trial is a financially binding popularity contest but it is not a criminal trial with a resulting prison sentence. A jury pool of democrats decided that a multi-billionaire could easily afford to pay a KNOWN to be crazy person and proven liar a few million dollars just for the hell of it . . . and the rest is history.

Do you think the dems/leftists care about the differences between CIVIL and CRIMINAL court when they routinely use both for a weapon? There are people in this stream that thinks losing in a civil court is the same as being found guilty in a criminal court.
