No cap, I actually did have a dream similar to this, the other week.
Background: I have a crooked tooth at the center of my lower jaw which bugs my tongue, and I always wish I could just pull it out with some string.
In my dream, I did just that, only for a good portion of my jaw to be broken off. Suddenly I couldn't speak, and blood was pouring from my mouth. But hey; at least I couldn't feel my crooked tooth anymore!
