I'd like to see it but it would just give them an excuse to raise taxes in order to balance the budget. We need to do away with the IRS and institute a national sales tax, it's a tax you choose to pay and would include everyone who makes up the underground economy from crack dealers to mobsters.

Reduce government spending. Cut the size of the government. Stop printing money.
