What those idiot dimtards did was certainly seditious, imo. I'm not any kind of legal expert, so I don't know if it rises to the level of treason.

Regardless, they should (at the very minimum) be expelled from serving in Congress.

I am sort of a legal expert and former researcher in criminal law and Constitutional law. Perhaps you should read the Frist Amendment and then 18 USC Ch. 115 on Treason and Sedition. You will see how ignorant/dishonest the president is.
