As something of a connoisseur for 'tha thickness,' I might question the characterization.

However, I have used it myself, albeit that was with a particular individual whose commentary exudes the image. And not just the eau of the delivery, but also in that that individual is hyper-obsessed with three things:

The invasion of the swarthy people,

Manly men of a very manly men manliness being exterminated by less manly men that are nevertheless somehow very capable of exterminating more manly men despite the laws of physics,

And women of portly dimensions.

While the OP's meme generalizes KarenS plural, I do believe that run-ins with this particular individual that I'm referring to might have framed his perspective to a degree.
