Sane people need to abandon New York City before he becomes mayor and then grab their popcorn and watch.

Like the fires in Hawaii and Cal, he will force people out and nothing will be rebuilt, this is always about money, getting valuable land and resources at pennies on the dollar. Burning the city would have been too obvious, so they will devalue it, which as a bonus to them will also hurt President Trump.

So it's a toss which will become the New Detroit - NYC, San Fran, or LA.
