If you watch his in-depth reporting and investigating professional protestors, he finds them at protest rallies, asks them questions and let them give their full explanation. The whole while as the progressives or communists are talking they're defeating their own argument.

One of my recent favorites, Nate interviews a communist protestor at NYU campus and has them explain their whole view, then asks them for some literature. Then the communist protestor tries to sell them a communist newspaper and brochure. When Nate asks, "wait, why do these cost so much?". They say, "well, it costs money to make these". Classic!!!

They don't even protest any real monarchy that's still around like with Britain and some Middle East countries. Might as well call North Korea a monarchy because the rulership there is strictly kept in the family. Even Japan still has a royal family although they are way more window dressing than Britain's royalty. Then there is China's royal family which predates just about every country today is still around in one form or another. Finally there is Jesus Christ who literally called Himself 'The King of Kings, Lord of Lords'.

Dems/leftists with all their bluster should know all of that. . .then again the following words in that order doesn't exist with them - "Do the damn research!"

That's the perfect representation of the expression "People don't have ideas, ideas have people". They all have beliefs, but they don't know why they hold them. Likely just due to the influence of their environment.

to me that's a very fascinating phenomenon where people's environments influence their beliefs even more than the ideas itself. For example, during the pandemic, when entertainers (comedians, musicians, etc.) traveled around the U.S. during the pandemic, they often commented on how different areas around the country reacted differently so the same event.
