According to MAGA, most cops are pro-Trump. If most cops are pro-Trump, then it follows that the police in all cities are primarily GOP. If the GOP is all about rule of law, law and order, it follows that police in all cities are also pro-rule of law, pro-law and order. If police in all cities are pro-rule of law, pro-law and order, it follows that whether or not a city is run by democrats is irrelevant because the police force is primarily GOP and the responsibility for protecting Americans, enforcing the law rests squarely on the shoulders of law enforcement. If democrat-run cities are crime-ridden hellscapes, it follows that the pro-law and order, pro-rule of law, mostly-GOP police in those cities aren't doing their jobs.

Of course, one could argue "underfunding" but they're getting a paycheck as the quid pro quo for service of enforcing the law rendered sooo...

That's what Trump does. He stirs stuff up and blames it on others.
