No, that's a widely held misconception, especially those who are looking to try and target the idea of Antifa. There is no hierarchical organizational structure.There are no leaders that fled to Europe. That's all right wing propaganda and bullshit.

It is primarily a movement and an ideology, that's been around since the 1920's. And there are no leaders. There are no assets. There are no bank accounts or revenue streams to go after either, and there's no well-known or documented proof of funding.
