That's not the problem: it's that Trump's tariffs are forcing American farmers out of business by destroying their markets and making their equipment more expensive. And when the money for food aid gets cut, the American farmers who were being paid to make that food lose even that market for their produce. You do realize that the other side of providing food aid is supporting American farmers?

Yes. And that's exactly what China was doing before that Jersey Shore wannabe, spray-tanned mook decided heartland farmers had too much land and not enough suicide-inducing bankruptcy & foreclosure...
