He appears to have confused Albania with Armenia, though even the situation involving Armenia was not a war he ended!!!! The peace bringer!!!

Other research also points to that conclusion, not just the cato Institute. And instead of complaining about the data they use, if you think it's inaccurate then present your own data and how you compiled the data.
