done ownership in El Salvador is stricter than in USA. But El Salvador dropped its murder rate from one of the highest per capita in the world to one of the lowest. It used the federal government to round up criminal gang members in every town and put them in a Supermax prison. The people love their newfound peace, and safety.

The 2nd Amendment was created for the right to bear arms, that shall not be infringed. Not just for hunting or sport, and for self-defense, but to use against the government when they actually go along with taking the guns away, like a contingency.

10th Amendment argument huh. . .so it's alright for you people to totally ignore 10 A when it came to Roe v Wade that all but federalized abortion which up to that case was considered a state issue. . .then the whole lot of you got all very pissy when Roe v Wade got overturned and abortion got kicked back to the states.



Also mayors and governors first and most important duty is to make sure the law of their city/state is upheld whether they like it or not. That means keeping the crime, especially the felonies, in the city/state at some minimal level.



There are plenty of laws already in place from long ago that permits the federal level of government to arrest, detain, and deport people who are in the country illegally.



When mayors/governors fail in their basic duty then who is supposed to step up then?



There is nothing tyrannical about enforcing the law. However there is plenty tyrannical about NOT enforcing the law which dem/leftists have a bad habit of doing.

How has Trump spat on 1a and 14a? Trump has not restricted any free speech that is not libel/slander and last time I checked 14a is about what should happen to the newly freed slave. Do they remain in the US or do they get shipped back to their country of origin?



And since Trump's administration exposed/stopped California farmers from using illegal alien children as slaves to work the farms then it's not a problem. It's also been established that 14a has nothing to do with the issue of today's illegal immigration. . .because once again. . .it's not about them but the slaves who were freed.
