When will ban evading be against msmg rules

If a main account is banned from MSmg for breaking the rules, MSmg Owners can ban alt accounts that continue to break the rules.

Why isn't that mentioned in the rules though

Maybe you missed it. Here's what the rules say:

Mods <-----> Owners
Only Owners can ban indefinitely. Mods can ban users up to 48 hours. If there is a user that should be permabanned, contact an owner and provide the basis for permaban.

I talked to Donald recently, and he said that punishments for ToS breaks are for users, not for accounts. Meaning users can ban ban evading alts, but the bans cannot be extended for ban evasion.
