Who are these 'people'? Employers have always had the right to fire anyone smearing their company name by shooting off their mouths. As a matter of fact the Political Left's collective was just FINE with that when Dementia Joe Biden's handlers were running the country.
The expression "two wrongs don't make a right", comes to mind....but perhaps the rule doesn't apply when vengeful tactics are on the table and the constitution was always on the floor with both sides.
