I think she'd be crazy not to primary Schumer. If that's the path the Dems choose to follow, I support them 100%. And that's certainly not because I think she's better or worse than Schumer. They're both putzes. It's just that the more the Dems try to push their radical candidates as mainstream, the more their party dies. It's dying.
If they push her thru to the Dem nomination for POTUS, I don't think an AOC coalition stands a chance in 2028. This is assuming the republicans can nominate someone with MAGA ideals, who can effectively communicate them.
I voted for Trump 3x, and in spite of the fact that many consider him a good communicator, I don't think he's an effective speaker. Effective in terms of riling up a crowd, yes. Effective in terms of communicating ideas without being Donald Trump? Hell, even he's not that good. And I think we both know that no matter how good the idea is that's coming out of Trump's mouth, the media, the libtardy sheeple, etc., will instantly reject it.
But enough ranting... (sorry!) I think more to your point is that if the powers that be in the Dem party decide they want her as their nominee, she will be their nominee. They did the same thing back in 2020 with the South Carolina primary. They cooked it for ol' Autopen Bribe'em, and the Dem challengers dropped out, one by one.
