Yup. Who could possibly be expected to follow tough concepts like: don't take what isn't yours??! Someone else's stuff, money, spouse, life? Who could possibly refrain from such ambiguous ideas? And.. tell the truth? Are you kidding me? Most of our politicians would be completely unelectable. Though currently, if one siDe were to proclaim that they want to make all in the other paRty expeRience heaRt beat deficiency, many of their party Demographics have shown they'D be Down with it.

You were definitely the person I was thinking of as I submitted this meme, Diogenes. I have always had a great deal of respect for you.

You are a good man, a family man, and a religious man. I was not raised in a religion but my parents instilled in me "The Golden Rule". Combined with the Ten Commandments, that provides a pretty darn good guide for life.

Indeed those commandments all by themselves would clearly create a liveable society. Those rules when followed, create the recipe conducive to a safe society. Safe for the community, the family, and the individual. There was a time that many countries, including ours, were far more able to follow these boundaries regardless of spirituality. It has eroded, in large part, because those boundaries became untethered to a higher authority. Untethered to truth.

BTW, I thank you for giving me that respect. It means a lot coming from someone that I consider to be an very intelligent individual of high quality like yourself. If you haven't yet decided to follow Jesus, I would urge you to consider it. I believe there is very little time left to make that choice before things get far worse than what we seeing even now.😌👍
