I don't believe people should be shot for their opinions, Tyler Robinson did a violent act of crime and of course should be held accountable for his crime. Some people are getting fired from Microsoft and Delta for literally celebrating Charlie Kirk's death for celebrating a death doesn't look good on a company but there is another thing, conservatives are acting like snowflakes and ratting people out just for not mourning him or saying that he said some very unsavory and shocking things and ratting people out is low.

Take it up with the employer... they have a code of ethics.

That doesn't matter, snitching is low. If the employer finds out themselves, that's up to them but snitching on one for making a dark joke is low. Also some employers have ethics codes including ones about not making transpeople uncomfortable, how would you like it if one got fired just for making jokes about transpeople and saying that biological sex is a fact because some snowflake snitched on them?

Yes, that's exactly what a snitch is and by your logic a person who dislikes liberals and LGBTQ activists is notifying an employer about the content of their character. And no I'm not calling it out just because it "fits" some narrative I'm allegedly trying to push, I am calling it like I see it.
