We took away the provision that states we cannot use propaganda in the media on citizens...but trust us, we aren't going to and haven't been using propaganda.
Anyone else notice that Political Polls have been highly erroneous since July of 2013? It's almost like the polls are purposefully erroneous to discourage people on the fence from Voting. Nothing to see here... Definitely isn't because Smith-Mundt was revised. We definitely aren't doing propaganda in the MSM.
