Good to see someone can take a bit of dark humor and realize the irony of his statements. Also many on the right are quick to assume the shooter was a leftist and even trans but the shooter Tyler Robinson was a registered Republican, his dad is a Christian pastor and even trained Tyler at a young age to use guns so the things that Charlie advocated for kind of lead to his death.

The alleged shooter’s parents are registered Republican, apparently he is not registered Republican. Charlie Kirk never advocated for murder. In supporting the second amendment and the risks that come with it, he was choosing freedom over subjection to tyranny. The lesser of two evils.

I do have to disagree with him on that there will be more gun deaths with the 2nd amendment. I think there's less because of that. Criminals will shoot people regardless, but with the amendment we get to defend ourselves or make them afraid to shoot in the first place

Mexico has banned guns. The average law abiding citizen does not own a gun. The murder rate in Mexico is quite high. Politicians, journalist, police and citizens are all killed at the hands of the lawless cartels. This proves the guns are not the problem.

It's plain to see

The data does not lie. More guns equals less crime. The safest place I know doesn’t even have police officers. It’s northern Arizona forest during hunting season where everybody is armed. You can leave your campsite, come back at the end of the day and nothing has been stolen. You drive down the dirt roads and everyone waves and smiles to passing strangers.

Yes, I am for the second amendment for the innocent to defend themselves against the violent aggressor and I am opposed to criminals using guns to shoot the innocent.

“He was not registered with any political party and did not vote in the November presidential elections, according to public records. But officials said Robinson became 'more political' in recent years and spoke about disliking the conservative activist's ideas.”

That doesn't necessarily make him "radicalized by the left" you are ignoring the fact his family is conservative and his dad trained him at a young age how to use guns. He was even given a "build your own rifle" kit as a Christmas gift: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-15092815/Charlie-Kirk-Tyler-Robinson-killer-guns-childhood-Utah-family.html

This is an example of Charlie's own beliefs coming around to bite him in the ass.

So someone raised in a conservative family becoming motivated to commit a political assassination of a conservative is not being radicalized?

To the contrary, his beliefs did not bite him in the ass. He believed in freedom over tyranny. He did not live under an authoritarian government. He was free to speak his mind as much, and and as often and as publicly as he wanted.

Perhaps you should read “The Gulag Archipelago” by Russian author Aleksandr Isayevich Solzhenitsyn. The Gulag Archipelago is Solzhenitsyn’s attempt to compile a literary-historical record of the vast system of prisons and labour camps that came into being shortly after the Bolsheviks seized power in Russia (1917) and that underwent an enormous expansion during the rule of Stalin (1924–53). Various sections of the work describe the arrest, interrogation, conviction, transportation, and imprisonment of the Gulag’s victims as practiced by Soviet authorities over four decades.

Thise who would give up freedom for security will have neither.

Well, he was radicalized by his dad to be a gun-toting nut. Are you really so dense? Charlie Kirk's beliefs of letting just anyone have guns, even allowing children to be exposed to guns and thinking a few gun deaths are "worth it" for the second amendment are what came around to bite him.
1 up, 5h
Sorry, but the cause and effect does not exist.
Charlie Kirk doesn’t single-handedly have the ability to undo the second amendment if he wanted to. You really think the shooter killed him because he was pro to 2A??? There is no evidence of that. There probably never will be.

His dad didn’t radicalize him to be a murderer. If gun toting nuts were the problem. this country would be down to about 50 million people living in it instead of 330 million.

So America is to blame for 9/11 hijackers destroying the World Trade Center towers and killing nearly 3000 people with hijacked planes in a matter of hours by allowing box cutters to be sold in every store without age restrictions, a background check or three day waiting period?

I’m not the dense one in the conversation here
