No. You’re calling him a coward because he won’t act. You’re saying he’s all talk and no action. That’s egging him on and encouraging.

If I got up in your face and said “I’m gonna punch you in the mouth” and then you said, “Sounds like a threat, but of course you won’t do anything. All talk as usual” - you don’t think that would be encouraging me to act violently towards you?

I agree with the first half of your statement. It sounds like a threat to me as well. You can see by my comment separate to this thread, that I am against any retaliation as well. My comment was directed to the younger generation and was a total non-partisan statement.
