I suppose it wouldn't hurt to try, given that nobody's currently on the ban list anyway and, if I remember correctly, any non-banned user can hold public office under the stream constitution. Since authority over the stream description rests with the owners, and I'm just a moderator, I can only promise to ask an owner to remove the clause in an official capacity as President.

I think it's time for a new Constitution too. The old one has been around for 4 years, it requires two chambers of Congress with numbers that the stream just doesn't have, and it's literally named after a former political party so it's hardly very neutral or definitive. I'd be happy to help with rewriting a smaller, simpler Constitution.

Our current situation kind of reminds me how the Republic of China (Taiwan) needed to amend its constitution in order to function with the vast majority of its rightful territory under illegal communist occupation.
