It should never have been passed in the first place.
It's so partisan that it's named after the political party of the sole individual who constructed it (that infamous maniac OlympianProduct).
It's such a product of its time that its architect exploited post-election anti-IG/RUP fever to get the draft rushed through Congress so quickly that no one noticed the insidious wording snuck in that attempts to make it impossible to ever be repealed, a fact that caused most Congressmen to regret having voting for it when it was already too late.
It's even more outdated considering that it sets requirements for multiple chambers and minimum membership and associated streams, when the stream has been far too inactive for any of those roleplay elements to be feasible for some years now (worth noting that the attitude held towards a second chamber by the proponents of this constitution essentially depended on whatever was the opposite of what IG and the RUP/CPI supported).
