Black got the pardon in 2020... He was scheduled to be released in 2022...

Kodak already had a rap sheet of priors before he used the fake social security number to obtain guns which ended up at the crime scene of a drive-by shooting.

Also after trump pardoned him, Kodak went on to catch a case for sexual assault, skip a drug test, later fail a drug test (Fentanyl), was caught trespassing, and was found by the police passed out in an SUV blocking traffic with his mouth caked with oxycodone.
